Mackenzie Williams
Ever since Brianna and Mackenzie were little, they’ve always had a special bond. Sharing countless nights watching movies and shows, playing the sims together, going on spontaneous beach trips, building forts, and taking goofy photos. Time passed quickly and before the girls knew it they went from kids sharing a bedroom and painting each others nails to adults starting companies and getting married. Mackenzie was always meant to be Brianna maid of honor, not just because they’re sisters, but because she has been there with love, support, and silliness since day one. Without Mackenzie’s incredible efforts, this fairytale day truly couldn’t have come to fruition.
Lauren Covino
Lauren entered Brianna’s life when she started dating Bri’s older brother, Randy, and from the very beginning, she fit right into the family. With her kind and warm-hearted personality, plus her cheerful energy, she brings a lively and positive vibe wherever she goes. It didn’t take long for Bri and Lauren to click and develop a genuine friendship. The girls quickly bonded over shared loves for plants, crochet, being the best cat moms they can be, and even throwing some playful teasing at Randy now and then. Brianna and Steven are both so thankful to have Lauren here with them on their special day.
Elizabeth Overholser
Elizabeth and Brianna became fast friends after their first meeting, but everything clicked when Liz moved into the apartment, solidifying their bond as best friends. After countless nights of talking and dyeing hair, they discovered a shared love for the arts, the outdoors, and countless other hobbies. Now it’s safe to say the two couldn’t imagine life any other way. As chosen sisters, they lean on each other regularly for support, comfort, advice, and comedic relief. The two often talk about what their futures will look like and how they will show up for one another when the time comes, including Brianna marrying Steven. It’s surreal that one of those long-awaited moments is finally here.
Sarah Ashley
Way back in fifth grade, Brianna was the new kid at school and walked into gym class filled with unfamiliar faces. That day, Sarah stuck right by her side through the whole class, turning Bri’s nerves into laughter. The two have been best friends ever since, sharing countless late-night Denny’s runs, long drives, and adventures together. More than a decade later, despite the commute to see each other, they stay in touch and it truly feels like no time has passed whenever they get together. Sarah was there to listen when Bri wouldn’t stop raving about her first date with Steven, and now she’ll be right there with her as she marries him almost 8 years later.
Aliviah Crowe
Alivia first met Steven while working together at Camp Bow Wow, and they quickly became friends, spending long hours having fun with the dogs. As their friendship blossomed, Alivia naturally met Brianna, and the two meshed right away during gatherings and after-work hangouts. When Alivia met Tyler, the best man, there was an instant spark, and they’ve been happily together ever since, both working at FedEx alongside Steven. Over the years, the girls bonded over their shared experiences of dating such hardworking, blue-collar guys, and their friendship has only grown stronger.
Gina Richie
Brianna and Gina first crossed paths at Bolton High School, but it was really when Gina moved in as a roommate at the Clocktower apartment when Bri and Steven needed someone urgently—that their friendship really took off. Thanks to a bit of luck and a dash of serendipity, Gina saw Bri’s post and everything just fell into place. She and her lovable cats moved in and instantly felt like they belonged. Even though they only shared a year together, Gina and Bri quickly bonded over their love for painting, music, nature, tattoos, and long conversations into the night—forming a friendship that’s sure to last through whatever time brings.
Victoria Davieau
Victoria and Steven have known each other since middle school, sharing many friends along the way, but they really grew closer after high school. It was at Steven’s 21st birthday that Bri and Vicky first met, and they immediately hit it off, bonding over their shared dark humor and wit. Both of them love art, music, film, and enjoy teasing and joking around with the guys in their friend group. Vicky has a way of lighting up any room with her bright, contagious energy the moment she walks in. She has supported Brianna and Steven from the very beginning, and her presence here today will truly be cherished.
The Groomsmen
Tyler Salamragi
A best friend since second grade, Tyler has been Steven’s comrade throughout all of childhood and adult life. Virtually Yin and Yang, Tyler and Steven are perfect complimentary personalities, giving each other the realism and support that each other needed from a close friend and chosen brother. The last year they’ve been working at FedEx together, coincidentally on the same side of the building, encouraging each other and making the days go by quicker. Since Tyler and Steve are so close, Tyler quickly became like a brother to Brianna as well, and the three have gotten together almost every Sunday to watch Twin Peaks, anime, or a movie over the last 7 years.
Randall Williams
For the past seven years since Bri and Steven met, Randy has been a constant source of inspiration. As a successful salesman chasing the next big opportunity, he pushes them to excel. Whether humbling Steven in chess or making progress at the gym, Randy’s healthy competition keeps everyone striving. Throughout her life, Randy has been a protective older brother with the classic “only I can mess with my sister” attitude. His warm welcome of Steven into the family means everything to Brianna and is one of many reasons she knows Steve is the one.
Joshua Hills
Over seven years ago, when Steven and Bri first met, twelve-year-old Josh had the chance to meet Steven. As Josh grew into the remarkable man he is today, their relationship deepened. They share a love for music and video games, along with a mutual drive to be their best, inspiring and supporting each other. Brianna has had the privilege of watching Josh grow from the start. As the two youngest, Bri and Josh share a special bond, and Brianna strives to be the best sister and friend she can be for him. Seeing his success has been a true blessing; both Brianna and Steven are immensely proud of who Josh is today.
Mariano Villanueva
A best friend, roommate and bandmate, Mariano has known Steven since tenth grade when they joined a Digital Audio class together. From freshman year of college on, the two became inseparable, with a tight bond formed through the love of cinema and music. From deep jam sessions, to late night art-house movie binges, the passion they share for great art and media literacy has blossomed a close, tight, and brotherly friendship. Unsurprisingly, Brianna and Mariano became immediate friend after meeting and bonded instantly over their love of art. Mari moving in was inevitable, with such tight bonds the gang was always together at the apartment anyways, and now they couldn’t be happier.
Nicholas Johannes
Since ninth grade, Steven and Nick have bonded over their love for music, art, comics, and eventually skateboarding. This, in addition to Nicks easy going and upbeat energy, made it easy to infinitely talk away the boredom of high school, leading to a close friendship and artistic fusion the moment they made music together. Nick also introduced Mariano to Steven even before they all ended up in the same Digital Audio class in high school. Now, Mariano, Nick, Steven, and Bri all live together in a happy apartment, and their friendship keeps getting even stronger over time.
Francis Tarasiewicz
Steven met Francis in ninth grade, and they bonded through a love of goofing on teachers and criticizing the systemic bureaucracy of the American school system. Francis has always been a reliable source of rich information with a biting sense of humor, and his interest in the world brought him down the path of meteorology as an adult. Now living in New Hampshire and making many house-calls to the apartment, Francis has kept close to the friend group and will always be an irreplaceable part of it despite any distance.
Michael Marindino
A best friend of Steven since tenth grade, Mike met Steven through a Video Game design class, instantly becoming friends. With a shared sense of humor and drive to make art, Steven and Mike pushed each other to learn new skills and be comfortable with themselves in ways such as helping each other learn long-boarding and music production or introducing each other to new people. In 2022 they co-produced Steven’s album, pushing each other and finding a shared artistic vision. Mike has always been incredibly supportive of Steven and Bri’s relationship, and was one of the first friends of Steven’s that had the pleasure of introducing her into the gang!
Justin Kang
Justin and Steven knew each other from late middle school, but their friendship began to blossom in high school as they had homeroom together. They continued on throughout college at CCSU together; Justin being a force of positivity and sometimes guidance for Steven in the midst of major life changes. Now living in Texas as a member of the Air-force, Justin has remained in contact (and regularly visits!) with Steven despite his busy schedule and workload.
Christopher Roberts
Chris and Steven met at the beginning of high school, but their friendship really grew when they found themselves in the same tenth grade English class. While not a fan of tenth grade’s “The Scarlet Letter”, they both found themselves intrigued with more modern literature, as well as the intricate world of card games, Dungeons and Dragons, and board games. From the age of 15 in the cafeteria to the age of 28 I in an apartment, the two still find themselves playing, talking, and laughing through grand adventures and building card decks.
